“Our experience with Heritage Construction was an exceptional one. Right from our first meeting with Travis and Daniel we knew we had found 2 people that cared about our home as much as we did. Travis and Daniel posses a rare gift that shows in the craftsmanship that is now our forever home. They are both able to walk you through the process of building with ease and a magnitude of knowledge.
Travis and Daniel were able to help us make changes during building as we came across them. And when it comes to design they can do some really amazing things when asked. We decided to do something a little different during building with the help of Heritage and our Designer, we did a surprise room that wouldn’t be revealed until move in day. Our Designer picked the downstairs Family Room and Bar area. With our designers input and Travis and Daniel’s craftsmanship they made this area better than we both could have imagined. They always go above and beyond to ensure your dreams come true, not many builders have that ability.
The best thing about Heritage Construction is they become more than just your builders, they become friends. Heritage also has an amazing small crew that works with them right up to their subcontractors that take just as much pride in their work as Heritage does.

Travis was amazing right from the start, when my wife and I first met with him. From the drawings, to completion, Travis, Jeanine and Daniel kept us up-to-date and in the loop, going the extra mile to build our dream home.
Travis and Daniel not only designed the house, they worked with us on the exterior colours, helped a lot with the interior design by creating some very unique interior design accents, and helped finish the look of our home by planning the layout of our landscaping.

“Hi Travis & Jeanine: just an overdue note to commend Heritage Construction for such a work of art at Sailview Bay. We know to build on such a irregular piece of land was quite a feat and there are not many that would be up for the challenge. Not only is Travis a master builder, he was the designer, architect, hands on builder all rolled into one not to mention decorator. To this day Christine still often likes relate the story of Travis taking the time to go hunting with us for the lighting fixtures and me targeting something that was totally inappropriate. Travis was discreet enough to politely lead me to better Mission style choice thank goodness.
Another story that I often relate is that of acquaintances of ours in Edmonton that had built in Kelowna. When we informed them that we were about to start building they tried everything to get us to forget it since they had such a terrible experience bringing their building to a finish. “I have used Heritage Construction for two projects and highly recommend them.
I hired Travis in 1995 to build my house on Okanagan Lake in the mission. The whole experience was positive, educational with the finished home outstanding.
When I returned to Kelowna in 2011 to retire, I called Travis again and asked him to do a complete renovation on a house I had just purchased. Notwithstanding Heritage Construction was extremely busy with much larger custom projects, he incorporated my renovation into his schedule. Again, another outstanding finished project!
Travis is innovative and knowledgable with the latest and greatest new trends, products and building techniques. Heritage Construction’s crew are top notch craftsmen.
